Harvest Polymers specialises in thermoplastics elastomers, complimented by a range of engineering polymer compounds and speciality additives.
The core elastomers portfolio includes:
SBS and SEBS compounds - TPE-S Dryflex and Elastron
EPDM/PP thermoplastic vulcanizates - TPV or TPE-V
NexPrene and Elastron V
Co-polyester- TPE-E Keyflex BT
Blends of these and certain other speciality elastomers are available on
request.
Compatibilizers
Speciality additives and alloying agents- Booster
suitable for impact and melt flow modification are available for a wide
range of polymers. These products are also used extensively for the development
of recycled grades- both commodity resins, and engineering plastics.
Purging Agents
The ZitoBrite range is based on the Booster
technology and permits very efficient screw and barrel cleaning of extrusion
and injection machines without resort to highly abrasive physical or chemical
methods.
Engineering thermoplastic resins and compounds
PA, PBT, POM, PC, and PC/ABS
are available as virgin or as recycle grades. These engineering resins are
generally supplied as combination materials for over-moulding with elastomers.
